Fine Line Construction has worked with non-profit organizations in the construction and rehabilitation of transitional housing, housing for homeless and elderly, HIV hospices and multi-dwelling communities. Over the past few decades we have gained a reputation for being particularly sensitive to the individual needs of these projects and the tenant populations that occupy them. We are committed to contributing to the success of such community endeavors. We truly believe in the concept of affordable housing and have been privileged enough to not only see but to be a part of the wonderful transformation that takes place. Along with housing we specialize in the modernization and rehabilitation of schools. Fine Line Construction is well equipped to meet the phasing and schedule needs of these projects. We realize that these schools are the building blocks for our children where cleanliness and safety are of the utmost concern. We are proud to be part of these projects, just knowing that we will assist the faculty in teaching in a learning institution that is modern and equipped for the needs of today’s youth.
